Job Title: Bus Syst Consultant III (ServiceNow HRSD)

• Contract to Hire
• Estimated duration:12 months
• Days: Mon-Fri
• Hours: 8-5PM EST (Candidates outside of the EST time zone will have to adjust their local hours to work the EST work hours- example 6AM-3PM Pacific)

Summary:

• This senior level professional position is responsible for leading business system application process improvements and system enhancements, specifically on client's new ServiceNow platform for a new and growing team.
• As a ServiceNow configuration analyst, the contractor will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in ServiceNow Employee Service Management applications, including HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Relations, Employee Center, Journey Management, Knowledge Management, and HR Integrations.  The role will also provide support for service requests, defects and change requests.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Solid experience writing ServiceNow reports and Dashboards
• Prefers 3-4 years working within the HR Domain
• Solid experience using Excel and similar tools for data transformation and analysis
• Experience using Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, DevOps and other office applications
• Problem solver that can break a problem into its small, modular pieces to develop a methodical approach to a solution
• Strong written and verbal communication including storytelling and slide writing
• Always willing to learn, do thorough research, fact-finding, gather knowledge and not afraid to ask questions
• Effective time management and organizational skills and works well under pressure
