Job Description

Position Title: Assoc Spec, Talent Acquisition
Work Location: Irvine, CA, 92606
Assignment Duration: 3 Months
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Position Summary:
Attention to detail in sifting through and auditing immigration documentation and reports.
Ability to navigate various platforms to extract documentation and label in a transition file as well as employee folders.

Background & Context:
This role will conduct a comprehensive data audit using multiple sources and reconcile any gaps.
This position will provide input in the development and planning of mapping appropriate country-by-country integration and migration of documents and contacts with the guidance of the Immigration Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Auditing reports and documentation related to immigration function, globally
• Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to find information and record appropriately
• Identifying and proposing process improvements for future state
• Documenting process changes related to improvements made as a result of the audit
• Other incidental duties, like case authorizations in vendor tools

Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 1 Years experience in an HR function for a global corporation
• Experience in mobility/immigration
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite, HRIS and ATS systems (e.g., WorkDay)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills
• Proven success adhering to and leading project schedules and managing moderate sections of projects
• Substantial knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion
• Ability utilize consultative mindset techniques
• Strict attention to detail
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Awareness of compliance requirements
• Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and representing the organization on specific projects
• Archiving & scanning the physical and electronic immigration case files
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
• Works independently without close supervision
• Compares and evaluates possible courses of action after considering various possibilities
• Applies his or her knowledge in following procedures or in determining which procedures to follow or determining whether specified standards are met
