Worksite: Onsite | Shift: 1st Shift - 6:00 am - 2:15 pm | 2nd shift - 2.45pm - 11pm
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Analysis Technician to join our dedicated team for the 1st shift. Based at our state-of-the-art facility, you will be responsible for board-level analysis of failed 2-way subscriber products (both mobile and portable 2-way radios). This role focuses on testing, diagnosing, and repairing electronic assemblies to determine root causes of failures.

We are seeking a highly skilled Analysis Technician to join our dedicated team for the 1st shift. Based at our state-of-the-art facility, you will be responsible for board-level analysis of failed 2-way subscriber products (both mobile and portable 2-way radios). This role focuses on testing, diagnosing, and repairing electronic assemblies to determine root causes of failures.
- Analyze rejected electronic assemblies using test equipment, simulators, and troubleshooting techniques
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems and define corrective actions
- Identify vendor defects versus process defects
- Write detailed failure analysis reports
- Record failure data and clearly explain diagnoses
- Work independently and adapt to varying conditions
- Support factory operations on weekends when required
- Associate’s Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology required (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Proficiency in operating and setting up electronic equipment, including: Signal generators, Modulation/audio analyzers, Spectrum analyzers, Power meters, Oscilloscopes
- RF knowledge with 1–3 years of related experience
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for component-level troubleshooting (PLUS)
- Extensive knowledge of 2-way subscriber products (PLUS)
- Strong electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- 100% onsite presence required
- Steel toe boots required
- Potential for contract extensions beyond the end of the year
- Exposure to advanced electronic troubleshooting techniques and tools
