Job Title: Financial Analyst II

Job Location: North Chicago, IL 60064 (Hybrid, 3 days onsite/week)
 
Job Description:

• The Development Science, Business Operations Financial Analyst will create and own the new gaiting file dedicated to the new Aesthetic Device function within R&D Dev Sci, including cost forecasting, PO tracking, and reporting.
• The role will also assist the Senior Manager with maintaining and updating the gaiting file for all CMC programs.
• The role interacts cross-functionally to provide accurate and timely FP&A and reporting deliverables supporting the client’s R&D Business Development objectives and Collaboration requirements.

 
Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the gaiting file for Aesthetics Device, working with cross-functional contacts to collect cost inputs and assumptions.
• Lead monthly and quarterly calls with finance and Dev Sci leaders to align on latest forecasts
• Work with key stakeholders to develop a new reporting system and timeline for new Dev Sci function
• Lead ad hoc analysis, projects and process improvements as needed.
