Job Role: -

• New Verticals Merchant Onboarding & Experience, Data Analyst
• Manage all BVID requests coming through and process them appropriately via tagging in the right DRIs for approval, asking the necessary questions, and ultimately completing the request
• Manage all BVID audit and compliance requests from the Internal Audit team
• Manage the "tax retailer" onboarding Slack workflow and update the associated runtime with the submitted business ID. Set up New Verticals Merchants for alcohol in a compliant manner
• Assist with store creation and onboarding
• Assist with support requests from the Enterprise Partnership Managers
• Project Manage initiatives that address Finance and Reconciliation pain points for all NV merchants. Create scalable solutions to triage set up errors and enable faster onboarding in Salesforce.
• Unblock Invoicing and Payment errors in partnership with Accounting and Engineering teams.
• Own the Merchant Finance Product Roadmap, working with cross-functional teams to prioritize our most impactful products.
