Title: Product Marketing Manager V
Location: US – Remote
Duration: 7 Months


Position Summary
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving end-to-end marketing initiatives by identifying market opportunities, developing strategic marketing plans, and executing programs that support business growth, customer engagement, and product success. This role also involves managing marketing operations, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration to meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Leadership & Operations

  • Lead and manage marketing team activities, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and scheduling.

  • Communicate role expectations clearly and ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures.

  • Plan and review compensation actions in alignment with performance and business goals.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Contribute marketing insights and recommendations to strategic plans and business reviews.

  • Develop and execute action plans aligned with production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.

  • Identify trends, conduct audits, resolve operational issues, and implement continuous improvements.

Financial Management

  • Forecast marketing requirements and prepare annual budgets.

  • Monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions as needed.

Market & Product Strategy

  • Identify market opportunities by analyzing consumer needs, market segments, and competitive landscape.

  • Assess competitor strengths, weaknesses, and market share.

  • Forecast business growth and establish targeted market share goals.

  • Enhance product marketability and profitability through market research, packaging improvements, and coordination of new product development initiatives.

Data & Insights

  • Collect, analyze, and summarize market data, performance metrics, and trends to inform decision-making.

  • Provide actionable insights to support marketing and organizational objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities.

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
