Job Title: Program Manager IV (Scaled Enablement Manager)
Duration: 6 months
Location: Onsite – San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY
Client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Scaled Enablement Manager to support content strategy and development for Partnerships Programs. This role is ideal for a content-focused enablement professional who excels at building scalable content strategies, managing multiple stakeholders, and supporting go-to-market initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
You will partner closely with Product, Enablement, Marketing, and Creative teams to develop and deliver high-quality enablement content that drives partner adoption and program success across a global audience.
Day to Day:

Own enablement content creation end-to-end, from intake and strategy to execution, release, and performance evaluation

Design and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business and organizational goals

Support go-to-market updates by partnering with Product and Enablement teams to disseminate timely and accurate information

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support scalable and efficient program operations

Select appropriate content formats (webinars, guides, worksheets, etc.) and learning strategies (micro-learning, peer learning)

Build and manage a structured content library organized by audience, topic, and modality

Research, curate, and repurpose existing content into new curricula

Coordinate content localization and translations with internal stakeholders and external vendors

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Product, and Partner teams

Track content effectiveness and ensure on-time delivery of all materials
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

5–8+ years of experience in content strategy, enablement, education, or marketing/communications (B2B or SaaS preferred)

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams

Excellent written and editing skills with experience creating content for diverse audiences

Experience developing and delivering written and live training for client- or partner-facing teams

Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Graphic design experience or ability to create visually compelling content

Experience working with creative agencies

Familiarity with Clientproducts and platforms

Experience supporting global enablement or partner programs
