Global CX Deal Operations, within Workday's Global Revenue Operations, is seeking an experienced Deal Ops Manager to support high-value and complex deals.

About the Role

Workday is looking for a versatile Deal Ops Manager to support our Global Services organization. As a key partner, the ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to Services Executives and Engagement Managers, collaborating on deal strategy and problem-solving to drive deal closure, reflecting our employee-centric values. Success requires strong analytical and process-oriented skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

In this role, you will manage Professional Services deals throughout the contract lifecycle, including deal structuring, analyzing and negotiating business terms, and proposing solutions that align with Workday's business model.

About You

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to handle tight deadlines with high volume transactions

  • Ability to interpret, analyze, and resolve issues/objections related to Workday contracting and commercial terms.

  • Knowledge of the contract deal lifecycle

  • Customer service oriented and have a desire to help others

Basic Qualifications

  • Two (2) years or more working in the SaaS industry and/or having provided contract negotiation support for Sales teams

Other Qualifications

  • Core understanding of contracting principles and negotiation familiarity; prior contracts and/or contract management experience a definite plus. Primary focus on Statements of Work, Professional Services Agreements/Addendum and consulting Order Forms
  • Must have direct redlining experience and responsibilities
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce along with contract management systems

  • Focuses on accuracy, expediency, and consistency. Solutions-oriented approach.

  • Liaison experience working across internal organizations such as Finance, Revenue Recognition, Legal, etc. to facilitate and drive collaborator's engagement
