Role Objective
Cleint is seeking a resource focused on embedding control management into day-to-day business operations. This role requires extensive collaboration with partners across multiple business units, functional areas, and geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
Risk Identification & Assessment

Provide additional identification of risks across business processes and systems in partnership with business process owners

Facilitate Business Units (BUs) in performing risk assessments, including Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSAs)

Support periodic RCSA reviews and update assessment criteria to align with regulatory changes
Control Testing, Monitoring & Quality Assurance

Lead control monitoring activities, supplemental to BU process owner testing

Conduct independent quality assurance and vertical process testing

Proactively identify high-risk areas requiring intervention, including the use of automated alerts
Risk Reporting & Insights

Proactively communicate key operational risk trends, activities, and events to senior management

Compile thematic risk reporting covering risk levels, trends, causes, and root drivers

Provide actionable insights on current risk exposure and emerging risks
Risk Governance & Frameworks

Categorize controls and map them to risks and processes, including cross-BU process-control mapping

Develop and maintain risk profiles and up-to-date risk registers

Support Business Units during New Product Governance (NPG) by identifying risks and recommending control enhancements
Risk Monitoring & Analytics

Develop and maintain risk dashboards and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for ongoing monitoring

Ensure consistent tracking and reporting of operational risk metrics
Leadership & Risk Culture

Champion risk management practices within the business

Act as a key leader in sharing insights, themes, best practices, and lessons learned across the enterprise
