This position supports operational processes related to trade settlement, cash management, and specialized functions such as asset servicing and wire payment operations. Key Responsibilities
- Settlement Operations
o Execute and monitor global securities settlements.
o Resolve breaks, confirmations, and discrepancies promptly.
o Manage cash movements and ensure accurate postings in the bank’s books and records.

- Operational Support
o Provide guidance on corporate actions and entitlements.
o Act as backup for team members and manager.
o Assist in workflow coordination, quality control, and training initiatives.

- Risk & Compliance
o Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC, FINRA, REG 204 Buy-In).
o Identify and escalate risk breakdowns in processes.
o Support business continuity planning and testing.

- Continuous Improvement
o Participate in process enhancements and system upgrades.
o Analyze data for insights and recommend improvements.

- BONY systems and Treasury Edge
- NSCC, CDS, DTC/OCC/Arrow
- Tools: GEMS, IMatch, Global Framework
- Familiarity with BNY BDC for FED eligible securities.
- Domestic and international capital markets operations.
- Regulatory reporting and compliance standards.
- Margin calculations under Federal Reserve Regulation T.
- Handling restricted shares (Rule 144) and DTC Global Lock securities.
- Treasury management and collateral sourcing for margin.
- 2-4 years of experience in securities settlement or capital markets operations.
- Proficiency in relevant systems and tools.
- Previous FI experience
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management principles.
- Broadridge platforms: BPS, GFW, PostEdge
- Clearing and settlement portals: DTCC
- A lot of industry knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 1 round with HM & Manager - virtual 30 minutes
- 2nd round Director - virtual 30 minutes
