You’ll be stepping into a well-supported environment with experienced assistants, hygienists, and an organized front office that keeps your day running smoothly. The practice is part of a small group of nearby offices, which means added operational support, shared resources, and stability you don’t often find in private practice. Systems are designed for same-day dentistry, predictable schedules, and getting patients the care they need without chaos.

Mentorship here is real and individualized. Dr. Bowen takes a case-by-case approach based on your experience and goals, offering guidance in treatment planning, efficiency, Invisalign, and implants when you’re ready. Ongoing doctor training occurs every two months, and the practice is equipped with modern technology—including iTero scanners and implant systems—to support your clinical growth.

This is a long-term opportunity for an associate who wants to be the primary provider and leader in the office. You’ll quickly take on a full schedule, earn the trust of patients and staff, and have the option to pursue ownership. This is not a fit for someone looking for a slow ramp, leftover work, or a highly specialized or surgically driven role—it’s designed for a dentist who wants responsibility, autonomy, and long-term impact.
