Job Title: Talent Advisor - Senior
Location: Westlake, TX / Secondary Location Charlotte, NC
Duration: 12 Months

Hybrid work model and one day remote. Manager will work this candidate on the remote day. They do need to able to work on site at either Westlake, TX or Charlotte, NC.

This Talent Advisor will be responsible for partnering with our Wealth, Advice, and Specialized Relationships organizations to attract, source, and hire licensed financial professionals.

Job Description:

• Responsible for recruiting and building talent acquisitions strategies, processes and capabilities supporting  business verticals.
• Will partner with stakeholders and Human Resources to drive quality hires for hard-to-fill roles at all levels.
• Create and implement sourcing strategy, execute the end-to-end recruiting process, conduct in-depth intake meetings with managers to ensure alignment on position, impact and expectations while providing market insights and education.
• Identify the best online sourcing channels, organize targeted outreach events in the industry to identify high quality candidates and assess candidate quality, skills and fit for positions.
• Must have proven recruiting experience with increased levels of responsibility and demonstrated experience developing acquisition strategies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, superior telephone and interpersonal communication skills and a deep understanding of the labor markets and talent pools.
• Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Prior experience recruiting in the financial services space preferred with the ability to handle 20+ requisitions in varying geographies across multiple hiring leaders.

Preferred Experience

• IN At least 6 years of recruiting experience.
• Ability to handle up to 25 unique requisitions = required Prior experience recruiting in the financial services, banking, wealth management industries across multiple geographies=required. Knowledge of industry regulations, industry licensing and credentials and competitive landscape.
• Candidates need to be able to hit ground running.
