Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager IV
Location: Rosemead, CA (Hybrid Tues & Wed onsite)

Role Overview
We are seeking a senior-level Delivery Manager to support client’s Continuous Technology Modernization Simplification (CTMS) program. This role will lead end-to-end planning and execution across Application, Infrastructure, and AI Enablement workstreams, ensuring alignment with client’s architectural, financial, and operational goals.
The Delivery Manager will coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams, drive execution readiness, and ensure consistent governance across all modernization initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of modernization initiatives, from planning through execution
• Drive project schedules, milestones, and dependency management
• Facilitate due-diligence, design, and technical review sessions
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and opportunities
• Review and approve solution designs and delivery documentation
• Coordinate vendors and MSPs, including SOW execution and milestone tracking
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with technical and business stakeholders
• Support business-case development and funding alignment
• Ensure standardized governance and delivery practices across all CTMS workstreams

 
Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in end-to-end project and program delivery, including governance and risk management
• Experience leading large-scale modernization initiatives such as:
  • Application rationalization
  • Cloud migrations
  • Infrastructure modernization
  • Platform consolidation and system decommissioning
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to partner effectively with architects, engineers, and SMEs
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, translating technical concepts into business-focused outcomes
• Proven vendor and MSP management experience, including performance oversight
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple concurrent initiatives
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and drive decision-making

 
Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Agile delivery certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, Leading SAFe)
• Cloud certifications (Azure and/or AWS)
