Position Overview
This role supports digital and in-product marketing programs for small and medium-sized businesses, with a strong focus on in-app communications. The Marketing Associate V will lead the development, execution, and measurement of digital campaigns, ensuring continuity of critical marketing initiatives and driving product adoption through owned and operated channels.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Development

Develop and execute in-app digital marketing campaigns across owned and operated channels.

Design audience-first lifecycle marketing strategies that balance user experience with product adoption goals.

Build and manage an editorial and communication calendar for in-app messaging.
Campaign Execution & Delivery

Lead end-to-end campaign execution, including creative development, approvals, and launch.

Drive product adoption through clear calls-to-action (CTAs) and deep linking within the app.

Manage cross-functional working teams, including technical program managers, engineers, creative, content, and data partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with product, creative, content, and technical teams to deliver measurable campaign experiences.

Work with technical teams to implement in-product communication strategies.
Measurement & Reporting

Analyze web analytics, channel engagement, and product usage data to evaluate campaign performance.

Conduct A/B testing and apply data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Report on performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications

Strong ability to operate in ambiguous environments and proactively develop solutions.

Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously at various stages.

Hands-on experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.

Basic understanding of mobile app development and collaboration with technical teams.

Demonstrated ability to deliver creative, strategic, and execution-focused campaigns.

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience.
Preferred Qualifications

Background in content strategy.

Experience managing vendors and agency relationships.

Advanced knowledge of digital campaign creation, optimization, and performance measurement.
