Job Title: Marketing Associate V
Work Location: Hybrid – New York (minimum 3 days onsite)

Position Overview

This role supports digital and in-product marketing programs for small and medium-sized businesses, with a strong focus on in-app communications. The Marketing Associate V will lead the development, execution, and measurement of digital campaigns, ensuring continuity of critical marketing initiatives and driving product adoption through owned and operated channels.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Development

  • Develop and execute in-app digital marketing campaigns across owned and operated channels.

  • Design audience-first lifecycle marketing strategies that balance user experience with product adoption goals.

  • Build and manage an editorial and communication calendar for in-app messaging.

Campaign Execution & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution, including creative development, approvals, and launch.

  • Drive product adoption through clear calls-to-action (CTAs) and deep linking within the app.

  • Manage cross-functional working teams, including technical program managers, engineers, creative, content, and data partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with product, creative, content, and technical teams to deliver measurable campaign experiences.

  • Work with technical teams to implement in-product communication strategies.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Analyze web analytics, channel engagement, and product usage data to evaluate campaign performance.

  • Conduct A/B testing and apply data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.

  • Report on performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong ability to operate in ambiguous environments and proactively develop solutions.

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously at various stages.

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.

  • Basic understanding of mobile app development and collaboration with technical teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver creative, strategic, and execution-focused campaigns.

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in content strategy.

  • Experience managing vendors and agency relationships.

  • Advanced knowledge of digital campaign creation, optimization, and performance measurement.

  • Experience supporting localized or global campaign execution.
