Duration- 6 months

Position Summary:

• Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all areas of the firm to deliver Banking, Sales and Trading and Asset Management capabilities to clients around the world.
• Operations provides essential client service, risk management and control, preserving and enhancing the firm’s assets and its reputation.
• Operations spans all product lines and markets, serving as internal business partners who develop processes and controls and help specify systems that deliver accuracy, timeliness and integrity.
• As a member of SPG Synthetic Configuration, the individual will learn onboarding and configuration processes to support synthetic equity trading across businesses.
• The individual will work closely with Client Service, Sales, Trading, Technology, and other Operations groups.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking skills are critical for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy while onboarding synthetic structures for new clients or maintaining existing clients
• Coordinate with internal clients to ensure smooth go-lives
• Become a subject matter expert in the process and propose improvements and efficiencies
• Identify risks and share control ideas
