Position Title: Research Associate II

Position Summary:
This is an onsite Research Associate II position in Oncology Assay Development (OAD) requiring 2–4 years of relevant experience (post-college).
The role supports assay development through experimental design, execution, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

Designs experimental protocols with minimal supervision.

Executes bench experiments; makes detailed and general observations and analyzes data.

Prepares technical reports, summaries and quantitative analyses.

Works well in a team environment by being a productive project team member, suggesting creative solutions to problems and providing input to project planning.
Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in biology or chemistry, or similar life sciences field.

2–4 years of experience with basic and a range of specialized laboratory techniques.

Experience with general product development process in a highly regulated industry, preferably in vitro diagnostics.
