Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Location: Lincoln NE 
Duration: 5months 19 days
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Job Summary

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for the safe movement, storage, and handling of raw materials, packaging components, finished goods, and intermediates to support manufacturing and packaging operations. This role ensures inventory accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with safety and quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport and store raw materials and packaging components to support production

• Receive, store, transfer, pick, and dispose of raw and packaging materials

• Ship finished goods and intermediates to domestic and international sites

• Handle receipt and delivery of non-productive materials

• Process miscellaneous, non-routine outbound shipments

• Load and unload trailers using an electric forklift

• Maintain high inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts

• Complete all required data entry accurately and efficiently

• Ensure proper documentation for all material transactions

• Maintain facility security (Harbor, CME, and Warf locations)

• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to safety, quality, and waste reduction improvements

Compliance & Work Standards

• Adhere to cGMP, SOPs, and CSPs at all times

• Maintain cleanliness and proper material handling procedures

• Work independently with a strong sense of urgency

Key Skills & Requirements

• Experience operating an electric forklift

• Strong attention to detail and inventory control

• Comfortable working alone when required

• Ability to follow strict manufacturing and safety guidelines

• Good documentation and data entry skills
