Duration: 18 Months
Location: San Diego, CA
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Management of on-site clinical supply inventory
- Review of clinical supply requests, and placing clinical supply orders
- Packaging and shipping of clinical supply and equipment to clinical sites
- Producing packing slips and arranging carrier pick ups
- Set-up and QC of clinical study laptops and tablets
- Managing clinical device accountability through out life of study
- Processing device returns
- Managing equipment preventative maintenance and calibration schedules
Required Skills:
- Agile Experience – 2 Years minimum
- Problem Solving & Adaptability
- Attention to detail / organization
- Collaboration / team work
Preferred Skills:
- Case Management Experience – 3+ years
- Clinical Trial experience (Clinical Trial Assistance, Clinical Research Coordinator)
Education Requirements:
- B.S in a life science is preferred, but not required
Software Skill Required:
- Familiarity with excel, word, Adobe PDF editing
