Job description:
Our client is seeking a driven, self-motivated Associate Attorney to manage eviction matters and support the overall operations of the Texas office. This role includes supervising staff, overseeing daily office functions, and contributing to client development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and approve all eviction-related pleadings
• Manage all facets of eviction cases, including contested matters
• Participate in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, and in-person hearings
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide timely case updates
• Support additional duties and special projects as assigned
• Foreclosure experience is a plus

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (JD)
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional client interaction via systems, email, and phone
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
• Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and independently
• Highly conscientious with outstanding time management, punctuality, and follow-through
• Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
