Job Title: Project/Program Manager I
Duration: 12 months
Location: Hawthorne, CA

Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects/program. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. May require a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience (Slack, Email, Jira, Spreadsheets, building plans and schedules, time management as it requires a lot of documentation)
• The role is helping to track deliverables and manage projects, make sure the other teams are working their deliverables

Nice to Have:

• Highly organized and coordinating the work with 15-20 Teams
• Building delivery schedules
• Providing or building reports on the deliverables and status of the team

 
Years of experience:

• 2-4 years
