Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 1 year
Work Schedule: Dayshift but candidates must be flexible for early or late meetings
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to be a part of our Global Raw Materials and Device (RMD) Supply Chain team, under the leadership of the Director of Supply Chain within Global Supply Planning Organization. This position will be responsible for overseeing network-wide raw material inventory strategy and analytics, enhance/monitor RMD KPIs that enable sustainable supply and support the orchestration of RM planning Cycles and Long-Range Vision for our Key Suppliers. Key responsibilities include leading forums, senior leadership DAI facilitator on key RMD decisions that impact network supply allocations, enhance planning data analytics within planning system, support capacity projects and scrap reduction initiatives. This role involves cross-functional integration including Supply Chain Network Planning, Manufacturing, External Supply, Quality and Process Development at various level of detail, to advice and highlight issues and options to Senior Leadership Team.
Additional focus is to drive process improvements, lead multi-function cross collaboration initiatives with Global and Network Supply Chain, OSBR, VMO and External Supply.
The ideal candidate for this role is preferred to have a strong technical and business understanding of SAP ERP and rapid response related to raw material planning. The candidate should also have expertise in Supply Chain & Operations processes.
Ideal Candidate: Had a previous or current title of Supply Chain Manager along with the top 3 must have skills
Top 3 Must Have Skills:
• Demonstrated experience in SAP and RapidResponse ERP environments
• Experience in tools such as Smartsheet, Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, Databricks
• Ability to lead and handle complex projects with multiple team members
Basic Qualifications:
• Doctorate degree or
• Master’s degree and 2 years of experience or
• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience or
• Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience or
• High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience
