Job Description

Position Title: ERP Applications Analyst-Senior CW
Work Location: Richmond, VA
Assignment Duration: 3 months (possibility of extension)
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Position Summary:
The ERP Applications Analyst Senior performs analysis, design, implementation, operation, deployment, and support of the organization’s information technology resources. This role leads the design, configuration, and implementation of solutions within the assigned workstream (HCM, Finance, or Supply Chain).

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop configuration, process design, report development, testing, and end-user training for the ERP platform.
• Provide technical and functional expertise to project teams.
• Understand key business processes and recommend technology solutions.
• Perform data reconciliations and audits to ensure data integrity.
• Ensure assigned milestones and deliverables are completed on time.
• Build ERP reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Research integration failures, perform root cause analysis, and communicate findings.
• Lead system testing and support smooth implementation of upgrades and releases.
• Assist with post–go-live support for the designated workstream.
• Lead review, testing, and implementation of bi-annual ERP releases.
• Participate in regression testing and evaluate impacts of new system features.
• Collaborate with ERP community and user groups to resolve issues and stay informed on enhancements.
• Communicate risks and develop effective solutions for system implementation and maintenance.
• Support change management strategies and provide tier-2 user support.
• Serve as primary ERP liaison with departments or committees.
• Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects.
• Perform additional duties and participate in special projects as required.

Qualification & Experience:
• Ability to work with limited supervision and independently determine objectives and solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of the assigned workstream.
• Experience with process improvement and project implementation.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion; ability to manage bias and model inclusive behaviors.
• Understanding of Workday HCM, Financials, and/or Supply Chain Management in a healthcare environment.
• Experience with Workday implementation methodology and Workday training.

• Frequent interruptions.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related education and experience.
