Title: User Experience Designer IV
Duration: 6 months (Possible Extension)
Location: Seattle, WA
 
Top Skills:

• UX/UI Design experience, strong candidates would have owned an entire workflow or app / being able to lead and conceptualize large projects)- (5 to 7 years)
• FIGMA experience – (5 to 7 years)
• Ability to write high-quality copy to facilitate usability – (5 to 7 years)
• AI User Interface Experience – (1 project with AI)

 
Task Breakdown & Workflow:

• UX/UI design for high stakes, high value internal tooling with tens of thousands of users
  Write high quality copy as needed to facilitate usability
• Creating a unified, highly functional vision based on requirements from multiple stakeholders
• Ability to set both a north-star ideal vision, and a prioritized, phased plan to iterate towards it
• Fulfilling multiple project requests while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines

 
Nice to Have:

• Data & Statistics experience with large data sets ( MAJOR BONUS)
