Position Title: Program Manager III
Work Location: South San Francisco, CA 94080
Assignment Duration: 12 Months
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 onsite, 2 remote)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a program leader to drive the creation of meaningful, integrated feature roadmaps for key products within AI4DD. This role will be responsible for synchronizing efforts across the organization to ensure alignment between product development, iterative improvement, and productionization.

Background & Context:
The Organization is focused on advancing AI-driven drug discovery (AI4DD), supporting integrated product development across multiple therapeutic and technological modalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of initiatives with a focus on operational rigor, establishing repeatable processes that enable smooth coordination between development and engineering teams.

• Ensure workflows are streamlined to support both innovation and delivery at scale.

• Develop and maintain integrated product roadmaps that capture feature evolution across key AI4DD products.

• Define and track KPIs to measure progress, drive accountability, and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.

• Serve as the connective tissue across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

• Build durable relationships to facilitate collaboration and reduce friction points.

• Balance speed and quality in product delivery by implementing readiness gates and managing dependencies.

• Harmonize immediate portfolio pipeline objectives with longer-term technology development across diverse modalities (LM, SM, peptides, etc.).

• Foster strong connections with LM and SM portfolio PMs.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or more advanced training and experience meeting job-specific criteria.

• Product management coursework or certification required (e.g., CPM, CSPO, SAFe).

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare life sciences (HCLS).

• Expertise in product development and program management.

• Experience in AI, ML, or AI drug development is a plus.

• Proven experience in strategic roadmap planning and execution.

• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to translate vision into tactics and measurable outcomes.

• Experience leading matrixed teams and projects.

• Ability to work independently and proactively.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder dynamics.
