Job Title: Technical Program Manager V
Location: US Remote – PST preferred, No EST
Duration: 9+ Months (potential extension)
 
A senior, results-driven program manager who excels at execution, data accuracy, stakeholder management, and cross-team collaboration.

About the Role:
  • Own and drive high-impact, cross-functional programs with executive visibility, shaping strategic outcomes and collaborating with diverse teams.
 
Core Responsibilities & Experience:
  • Program Leadership: Over 10–12 years leading complex, cross-functional programs from initiation to closure, collaborating with executive stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Timely Delivery & Execution: Drive progress and ensure on-time delivery across multiple interdependent projects, proactively managing dependencies and risks using tailored project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report project health with dynamic dashboards and KPIs, providing clear insights on progress, resources, budget, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Data Integrity & Compliance: Ensure accuracy and compliance of program data through rigorous validation, troubleshooting, and resolution of data issues to support reliable decision-making.
  • Independent Action & Follow-Through: Manage follow-ups, dependencies, and action items across teams independently, holding owners accountable and driving closure on critical tasks.
  • Stakeholder & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, managing expectations, communicating program status, and facilitating alignment for successful outcomes.
 
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate complex programs across teams.
  • Track project health and report status using dashboards and KPIs.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Independently manage follow-ups and action items.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and drive alignment.
 
Minimum Years of Experience: 10–12
 
Must-Have Skills:
  • Program Leadership: Proven experience leading large, cross-functional programs.
  • Project Execution: Strong ability to drive timely delivery and manage multiple projects.
  • Performance Tracking: Expertise in monitoring, reporting, and using data to guide decisions.
 
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Agile/Waterfall Methodologies: Familiarity with various project management frameworks.
  • Data Compliance: Experience ensuring data accuracy and resolving data issues.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
 
Certain Project That Team Is Working On / Products Supported:
  • Lead large, cross-functional programs from start to finish.
  • Manage multiple, interdependent projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methods.
