Job Title: Project/Program Manager IV – CAD
Job Duration: 6 months
Work Location: 661 University Avenue Suite 200, Toronto, ON, 1-2 days onsite a week
Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our Agentic Technology and Trust team. This role will lead projects within the Agentic Accelerator initiative, ensuring that emerging AI technologies are deployed responsibly, securely, and with measurable trust outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for advancing AI innovation while maintaining trust and compliance. This role can be based out of Toronto in a hybrid mode (1–2 times per week in the office).
Responsibilities
· Manage AI-focused projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with trust and security principles.
· Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
· Coordinate across engineering, product, and trust teams to deliver on Agentic Technology goals.
· Track and report on project progress, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational objectives.
· Identify and resolve issues, risks, and dependencies within project teams.
· Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
· Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and AI trust frameworks.
· Support the implementation of instrumentation and metering strategies for AI systems to ensure accountability and transparency.
· Stay informed on Agentic AI technologies, trust metrics, and governance practices, and identify opportunities to integrate them into projects.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or emerging tech domains.
· Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
· Familiarity with AI technologies, trust frameworks, and security principles.
· Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience managing projects related to AI adoption, security, or compliance.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
· PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
· Interest in Agentic AI systems, ethical AI practices, and trust enablement.
