Job Title: Robotics Deployment Project Manager
Duration: 12 months
Location: Remote (PST preferred)

Role Overview
The Client is seeking a Robotics Deployment Project Manager to support the global deployment of data center robotics solutions. This role is highly execution-focused and will partner closely with engineering, operations, and field teams to ensure robotics solutions are deployed safely, on schedule, and at scale across data center sites.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing hardware or infrastructure deployments, thrives in fast-paced operational environments, and excels at driving timelines, mitigating risks, and standardizing deployment processes.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end robotics deployment projects, creating detailed plans, schedules, and task lists
• Partner with engineering, operations, and field teams to ensure deployment readiness and execution
• Drive deployments to predetermined timelines by identifying risks, resolving blockers, and escalating as needed
• Manage deployment activities across multiple sites, ensuring consistency and operational readiness
• Develop and operationalize repeatable deployment processes, including documentation, SOPs, and training materials
• Track progress, communicate status clearly, and proactively call out risks and mitigation plans
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline deployment workflows

 
Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in project management, deployment, or operations support
• Strong experience coordinating hardware, infrastructure, or physical deployments
• Proven ability to manage schedules, dependencies, and risks in execution-heavy environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint (Visio or similar tools a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PMI certification
• Experience with data center environments, infrastructure, or field operations
• Exposure to robotics, automation, or hardware rollouts
• Experience creating deployment runbooks, SOPs, and training documentation
