*EQUIPMENT: The successful hire needs they’re own laptop/pc/phone/internet. The client will NOT be supplying a laptop. They will need to supply their own laptop/PC and will connect remotely. They will required to use their phone from time to time but no reimbursement will be provided.

Documentation: Work with team members to develop technical design and architecture documents, deployment guides, Run-books, Play-books, etc.
Coordination and Scheduling: Work with Supervisor and/or Project Manager to coordinate and establish time lines and cost estimates for tasks and projects.

- Proficient in Unix Scripting
- Proficient in COBOL
- Proficient in SQL/PL-SQL
- JAVA
- OpenText Exstream development
- QA/Testing experience
- Bill Presentment and Billing experience
Role & Responsibilities:
- The Programmer Analyst must ensure that our system meets all Corporate polices as they relate to system security, licensing, hardware, and software standards.
- Must be self-motivated, having the ability to multi-task under a heavy and diverse work-load, while maintaining strong relationships with the business
- The Programmer Analyst must have sufficient technical and business expertise to enable him/her to maintain and develop the existing Customer Data Warehouse application.
- The Programmer Analyst must ensure that our system meets all Corporate polices as they relate to system security, licensing, Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
- 3-5 years of IT and business experience in information technology area, production support, data base design, development and performance tuning, development and implementation of a variety of computer projects.
- Experience with integrated relational database management system (Oracle) is required including dimensional data models and report modeling.
- 3-5 years experience across multiple hardware and software platforms.
- Knowledge and experience in new computing architectures and network computer protocol structures emphasizing the UNIX system.
- Solid knowledge of SDLC
