Job Description
The main function of the program manager would be to support RL Bus Ops Sales team with project management, stakeholder management and data insights and analysis. This includes gathering and analyzing large amounts of data, building data models, identifying and visualizing data trends and preparing decks for the Sales team. The program manager will constantly find themselves in the midst of solving business challenges using data, needing to work with a variety of stakeholders to identify needs and problems and gain alignment on potential solutions.

Job Description
The main function of the program manager would be to support RL Bus Ops Sales team with project management, stakeholder management and data insights and analysis. The program manager will constantly find themselves in the midst of solving business challenges using data, needing to work with a variety of stakeholders to identify needs and problems and gain alignment on potential solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage stakeholders and overseeing specific projects from start to finish
- Research, assimilate, and share insights on the Reality Labs industry, competitive landscape, and the business
- Identify, track, and model data around key business drivers.
- Forecast analysis of inventory, revenue, store level performance and ROI impact of commercial incentives for Reality Labs partners
- Solve complex challenges related to the product, performance, and scale.
- Create compelling visual representations of data & automate reports to enhance consumption and usage of data
- Package analysis and insights into well-structure powerpoints or documents
- Provide actionable data-driven insights and recommendations to relevant teams and suggest detailed execution plans
- Grad/Post-Grad in a quantitative discipline (mathematics, business, engineering,etc)
- 4-5 years of experience in a program management, sales operations at a large tech company
- 4-5 years of experience as a strategy or management consultant a large consulting firm
- Proficient in MS Office, SQL, Google Suite, Salesforce reporting
- Strong team collaboration and stakeholder management skills are a must
- General knowledge of Finance is a plus
- Experience with Tableau/Unidash and/or Knowledge of R/Python would be a plus
- Basic knowledge of retail space would be a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
