Job Title: Business Systems Analyst IV
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Position Overview
The Supply Chain Transformation team is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Analyst with project management experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of process and data management within the hardware development space, preferably in prototype environments. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to manage projects, and a focus on optimizing processes and data flows across complex systems.
Key Responsibilities
Process & Data Analysis

Define and implement end-to-end process and data management strategies for hardware development and supply chain operations.

Trace processes across multiple systems and recommend effective data management approaches to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of product master data, including parts and hierarchies, and apply this knowledge to inform process and data decisions.
Project Management

Plan, coordinate, and track project initiatives to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Drive initiatives from concept through execution in fast-paced environments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and data-driven outcomes.

Gather, define, and document functional requirements to ensure alignment with business needs.

Develop detailed solution designs that meet operational objectives while conforming to business requirements.
Process Optimization & Documentation

Identify near- and mid-term opportunities for process and system optimization.

Contribute to long-term strategic planning initiatives.

Develop reference documentation and educational materials for internal teams.
Qualifications & Experience
Required Qualifications
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering new system capabilities in a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager role.

At least 3 years of experience within the hardware industry.

Minimum of 3 years of Agile project management experience, driving IT and business initiatives to completion in fast-paced environments.

Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and achieve alignment.

Strong experience tracing processes through systems and recommending data management strategies.

Solid understanding of product parts, hierarchies, and their relationship to data management.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.

Experience analyzing and cleaning large datasets.

Background in high-volume consumer electronics environments.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Project Management certification (e.g., PMP).
