About the position
As an integral part of our global People Services team, you will provide comprehensive HR operational support across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
You’ll act as the first point of contact for employees, supporting them with HR-related
inquiries and ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely support across various HR systems like Workday and ServiceNow.
This is a global role, with a focus on the AMERICAS region.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, delivering timely and
accurate support to employees globally, with a primary focus on the AMERICAS
region.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers,
and promotions.
• Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with local labor laws and
company policies.
• Handle statutory reporting and coordinate legally required activities applicable to
the countries supported (e.g., Labor-Management Council or equivalent).
• Maintain and update employee information in HR systems such as Workday and
ServiceNow.
• Support employees in understanding and enrolling in benefits programs and
address related queries in collaboration with the Benefits team.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other departments to implement HR
initiatives effectively.
WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Shared Services; experience working in a
global shared services environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication
abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, with a
proactive and resourceful approach.
• Fluency in English is required
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline
workflows, and support decision making.
