Title: Event Support Specialist
Duration: 6 months
Location of Role:  Boston or San Francisco HUB as needed, flexible
 
Locations:
SF Tower: 415 Mission at. San Francisco.
Boston Tower: 500 Boylston Street, 19th Floor, Boston, MA
 
Job Description: 
This role is specific to the employee experience at our events, playing a critical role in supporting employee engagement & staffing for the client’s customer events. This position will support the Staffingforce event leads and the reporting and analytics needs of the team.
 
Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
  • Manage timelines and accuracy of all staffing deliverables
  • Support staffing leads in the building and maintenance of the Staffingforce tool (Rainfocus)
  • Track relevant metrics according to KPIs aligned to the Employee Engagement Center of Excellence
  • Perform audits and reporting to monitor staffing and ensure employee compliance
  • Travel onsite to support the event execution for staffingforce, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
 
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
  • 2 years successful event registration, content management, or project management experience
  • Comfortable using complex formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, and large data sets in google sheet, excel, or Tableau.
  • Creative mindset and ability to come up with unique solutions
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional database management skills
  • Exceptional communications skills and experience working in a highly cross-functional organization
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with complex requirements, competing priorities, and last minute changes
  • Adept at working on multiple projects at once, setting priorities, working independently, problem solving, improvising, and functioning as part of a team that often must perform under pressure
  • Self-starter who can prioritize workload in a strict deadline-oriented environment
  • Ability to manage up on tasks and communicate out to the team, know when to ask for help
  • Willingness to take on additional tasks and roles with a “can-do” attitude
  • Knowledge of GSuite, Slack, and RainFocus is preferred
