Job Description
Location: Caguas, PR
Pay Rate: $12.00 / Hourly
Duties:
- Under the Supervision of the Supervisor & Quality Manager, Associate Customer Service is responsible for support of customers through one or more of the following:
- Aaccurate and timely patient device registrations.
- Provides customers with proper information and assistance necessary in order to maintain good customer relations.
- Create and Maintain registrations records in the database.
- Other duties that support the device tracking department as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelors (preferred), Technical Degree or other specialized training/equivalent related experience or Associate Degree in a business administration related curriculum, plus experience in the customer service, manufacturing industries.
- Demonstrated competence in Data Entry and Customer Service.
- Excellent (fluent) English and Spanish communication Conversational and Writing.
- Available to work Mon to Friday and Overtime as needed.
- Works well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- SAP data entry is a plus.
- Computer knowledge (Word, PDF, Power Point, Outlook).
- Good answering Calls and providing information to the callers.
- Team player, focus on productivity.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the practices and procedures of the function, company products, policies and programs.
- Great Organizational skills and attentiveness to details.
