Location: San Sebastian, PR
Pay Rate: $12.00 / Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Monitors production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Food Technology Sciences or a related field in the food industry.
• Constant exposure to the smell of vegetables and spices.
• Some experience reviewing and monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Ability to identify and resolve quality issues and develop preventive and/or corrective actions.
• Ensure that applicable food industry norms and regulations are being implemented.
• Ability to add, subtract, divide, and multiply using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in both Spanish and English.
• Punctuality and a strong sense of commitment to the company.
• Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement.
• Teamwork skills.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Availability to work between 32 to 40 hours per week with the possibility of working overtime or on some Saturdays.
• Required documents: Valid photo ID, Social Security card, Health Certificate, Criminal Background Certificate, Academic Transcripts, or Certifications obtained.
