Position Title: Risk Management Policy Writer – Operational Risk
Duration: 6 months
Working Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 2 days in office, flexible to align with colleagues)

Job Description:
- Will support the remediation and writing of Operational Risk Policy documents.
- Leverage existing policy documents - mapping to the current bank’s policies and expectations.
- Writing documents from scratch on the topic of operational risk management at a bank.
- Uplift risk management framework policies to new expectations.
Must Haves:
- 8+ previous financial services/banking experience.
- 8+ years of ability to write risk management policy documents.
- Understanding of Operational Risk Management.
- Professional level of knowledge of bank risk management.
- Ability to review, revise documents, write at policy, standards, and procedures for a bank with an enterprise-wide audience.
