Job Title: Distribution Specialist I

Location: Frederick, MD 21704 (Onsite)
Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 Am to 5:00 Pm

Brief Job Description:

• Work in a newly built state-of-the-art CAR-T manufacturing facility.
• Have the opportunity to learn Materials Management operations in a GMP/FDA regulated environment.

 
Responsibilities:

• Handle the day-to-day assignments of warehouse job tasks and monitor completion of required activities
• Receive incoming shipments of non -GMP/GMP materials and equipment following established procedures
• Dispense GMP materials to support production operations
• Prepare and deliver raw materials to various departments as needed ensuring proper procedure and temperature range are followed
• Maintain accurate inventory of GMP warehouse materials
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and accurate ERP transactions
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to warehouse operations team and escalate when appropriate
• Cross-train in additional areas of the warehouse operations
• Prepare general shipments and equipment as required per established policies and procedures (Excluding Patient Material )
• Ensure individual employee training is up-to-date
• Adhere to al l safety procedures and keep warehouse operation clean and inspection ready
• Complete in-house forklift certification
• Additional duties as assigned
• These duties can be delegated to designated deputies of a satisfactory qualification level as needed

 
Candidate Requirements:

• Degree – High School Diploma
• Knowledge of GMP environment
• Years of Experience – 1 to 2 years in a warehouse environment
