Our culture is built on “human connection,” defined by our NEWJOBPHORIA® attitude—bringing joy and freedom to the work lifestyle so our people and clients can reach their highest potential.Job SummaryThe NPD (New Product Development) Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams through all stages of product and algorithm development, clinical evaluations, operational readiness, and commercialization for new and improved Hemodynamic Monitoring products and related accessories. This role is responsible for initiating, planning, budgeting, executing, documenting, controlling, and managing all aspects of assigned programs to ensure on-time commercialization of new products and technologies that uphold Edwards’ best-in-class quality standards and business objectives.Key Responsibilities- Manage one or more large-scale or enterprise-wide projects within the program, ensuring strict adherence to Client’s APM Quality Systems and Change Control Process.- Facilitate creation and approval of business cases, coordinate resource sharing and prioritization among projects.- Develop detailed program plans and manage program changes accordingly.- Execute program plans (quality, risk, communication, staffing, etc.) and communicate status/data to stakeholders.- Lead core team meetings and drive best-in-class program execution; continually improve meeting quality and decision-making processes.- Serve as a subject matter expert in project and program management, mentoring peers as needed.- Build trust, rapport, and respect with team members and stakeholders; foster honest and transparent communication.- Create a culture of urgency and accountability to meet/exceed project goals.- Drive effective resolution of complex problems and maintain forward momentum, even in crisis or change.- Influence across all levels of the organization.Required Experience & Skills- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience managing New Product Development projects/programs of increasing complexity.- Proven track record managing projects in the medical device industry involving Software, Firmware, Hardware, and Disposable components.- Proficient understanding of Medical Device Regulations and Product Development Process.- Strong influence management skills within complex organizations.- Expertise in MS Office Suite and project management systems.- Strong analytical skills and ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.- Ability to work cooperatively at all levels in a matrix environment.- Effective decision-making skills, balancing priorities across multiple departments.Additional Skills- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and related project management software (e.g., Jira, Microsoft DevOps).- Strict attention to detail.- Ability to lead meetings with external representatives.- Adherence to all EHS rules and environmental protection measures.Education- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field – Required- Master’s Degree or equivalent – Preferred- PMP Certification – PlusBenefitsSpectraforce offers ACA-compliant health benefits, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, voluntary life, and hospital indemnity insurances to eligible employees.
