Job Title: Membership Coordinator/Booking Keeping Backup
Job Type: Perm or Temp-Perm
Location: Mercer Island, WA
Shift: 8:30-5:30 PST 5 days a week onsite
Day to Day
They are a priority-based membership organization. They will be answering calls from prospective new clients and asking the right questions before partnering. They will also operate as a backup bookkeeper should their current bookkeeper take time away or need extra help. Additionally, will act as a “logistics master” ordering office supplies and doing office management tasks.
Will sit in bull pen style office with other coworkers. Will take client and potential client calls to own all membership functions. Will assist in bookkeeping responsibilities and office management. They will establish and renew memberships and member records including membership billings and payments. They will prepare and send correspondence related to members.
Secondary Responsibilities include:
• Manage social media accounts and website content
• Collaborate with Customer Service Team to support their workflow
Must Have
Pull from day-to-day responsibilities. Rank in order of importance:
Booking experience, AR/AP Knowledge
Excel
Customer Service experience
3+ years in excel
3+ years in customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bookkeeping and records management
• Profeciency with Excel workflows
• Customer Service and communication skills
• Organized and on task with multiple priorities
• Accuracy and attention to detail
Current Landscape:
Team - all unified work flows (one email and one number, the team takes it from there)
