Job Title: Communications Manager, Product and Launches
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 6 months Assignment

The Community you will join:
- The Client Communications team is responsible for telling client’s story around the world.
- We help drive consideration and usage of our products and services in addition to generating buzz, supporting the legitimization of our community, and promoting trust in our brand.
- We lead the communications strategy to make client synonymous with one-of-a-kind stays and unique Experiences that make it possible for guests to experience the world in a more authentic, connected way, through our community of hosts.

The difference you will make:
- Client is hiring a communications Manager to join the Product & Launch Communications team, which is part of the Global Consumer & Product team.
- This role will be responsible for supporting key elements of the product communications strategy, with a specific focus on our product launches, product news, partnerships and data.
- You will play a crucial part in creating and delivering compelling data narratives to support product moments throughout the year.
A typical day:
- Develop and execute ongoing communication strategies for product-related news outside of official launches.
- Create and maintain a consistent flow of engaging stories about client's products and their impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product-related narratives.
- Collaborate with data analysts, product managers and other teams to develop data narratives that provide context and insights for product launches.
- Transform complex data into accessible and compelling stories that reinforce the value of client's products.
- Developing communication plans for partner announcements, ensuring alignment with client's brand and values.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as good numeracy skills.
- Ability to exercise judgment and maintain confidentiality.
- Exhibit strong process-oriented skills and passion for trying, learning, improving, and sharing best practices.
- Demonstrate outstanding proactive and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proven track record of being reliable, prepared, responsive, eager to learn and encouraging.
- Acute attention to detail and follow through and are very organized.
- Maintain enthusiasm and a level head in even the most stressful situations.
- Passion for client and the mission of the company.
