Position Summary:
The job responsibility within the PTCC Analytical Development & Quality Control US Testing Group is to perform biochemical/immunological and cell-based assays in support of clinical and to-be-marketed products.
The candidate will support process development, product characterization, stability, and lot release testing with established procedures in a cGMP environment.
Background & Context:
The role supports analytical development and quality control testing activities for clinical and commercial products within a regulated laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform biochemical/immunological and cell-based assays in support of clinical and to-be-marketed products.

Support process development, product characterization, stability, and lot release testing with established procedures in a cGMP environment.

Execute routine sample preparation and testing.

Perform compliance review and release of assay data (electronic and paper-based).

Prepare reagents and present results.

Monitor assay quality.

Follow Good Documentation Practices and demonstrate ALCOA+ principles and data integrity.

Perform routine lab maintenance.

Follow EHS safety practices.
Qualification & Experience:
-
B.S. in Biological Sciences with 1–5 years of relevant laboratory experience.

Hands-on experience performing immunological or cell-based assays including ELISA, PCR, cell killing, and flow cytometry assays.

Experience with aseptic cell culturing is required.

Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Ability to handle multiple projects and demonstrate initiative while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in computer applications, data management, and electronic documentation systems.

Prior experience with Benchling, BD FACSDiva/FACSLyric, and FlowJo.
-
Prior experience with GxP-compliant systems such as global SoftMax Pro, Single LIMS, and Veeva QMS is highly preferred.
