Job Title: Field Service Technician I
Location: Dallas, TX coverage area
Duration: 3 months ( Temp to hire)
Schedule: M-F 9-6 some OT and some after hours and on call
Pay rate: $19/hr on W2

- What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Field dispatch repairing printers and other duties
- What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Field dispatch experience and printer repair experience
- What will the work schedule be for this position? M-F 9-6 some OT and some after hours •
- Will there be OC (on call)? Yes
- Will there be shift differentials? No
- How many overall years of experience should this person have? At least one year of field dispatch and one year of printer repair
- Do they need any specific certifications or education? A+ would be nice to have
- If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $22
- How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Varies from 50 to 150, depending on how many cases the tech runs in a day
- What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? Must live in or adjacent to zip code 75208
- What is the exact work location or city, state, or zip? Dallas, TX coverage area
- How soon will the candidate review and interviews start? ASAP
- Do you have upcoming vacations or time out of the office? No
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
- Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
- Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
- May require an associate's degree or its equivalent and entry level - 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
- Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
- Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
