Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect
Duration: 5 Months (Opportunity to extend or convert to FTE)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

The Salesforce Solution Architect leads end to end solution design across our Owner Lifecycle productsspanning GOLS (Owner CRM), OLM, and adjacent systemsto deliver scalable, secure, and sustainable capabilities on the Salesforce platform.

You will translate business outcomes into architecture, guide delivery teams, set standards and guardrails, and ensure designs integrate cleanly with enterprise systems (e.g., MuleSoft APIs, Kafka events) and data governance.

Role Overview

The team is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to join an established development team of three Salesforce developers to design Multi Cloud Salesforce solutions. The role will focus on delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions and requires the ability to ramp up quickly, as the project is already in the development phase.

The architect will work across a group of Salesforce orgs, with integrations handled via MuleSoft, making integration experience critical. Role will focus primarily on Owner Lifecycle initiatives, with limited collaboration across other orgs.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Lead solution design using Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities where appropriate
• Partner closely with functional and technical stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills
• Participate actively in team meetings and design discussions
• Challenge delivery team estimates and provide alternative solutions when needed
• Balance responsibilities between:
  • 25% hands-on architecture
  • 75% solution design and strategy
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions
• Act as a solutions-focused architect rather than a pure platform architect

Required Skills & Must-Haves

• Strong Salesforce architecture background with prior experience as a Salesforce Architect
• Salesforce Data 360 experience is required
• Salesforce AI (Agentforce) experience is mandatory
  • Certification preferred
• Minimum 2 Salesforce Architect certifications required
  • Application Architect & System Architect are preferred
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with other platforms using MuleSoft
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt within an active delivery cycle

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of application delivery experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across multiple clouds
• Prior background as a Salesforce Developer (5–7 years preferred)
• Last 5–7 years focused on Salesforce Solution Architecture
• Experience leading large-scale Salesforce transformation initiatives
• Strong technical depth combined with excellent soft skills and stakeholder communication
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, fast-moving teams

• Kafka exposure
• Hospitality industry background
• Tableau or other CRM-related certifications

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Salesforce certifications required:
  • Application Architect & System Architect are preferred
• Additional Salesforce, Tableau, or CRM certifications are a plus
