Job Description:

This role sits within Ads New Ventures and provides the operational backbone for Mid-Market and International advertisers, supporting scaled execution as these segments grow. The position owns critical revenue operations, including invoicing accuracy, quality assurance (QA), and campaign setup aligned with advertiser billing requirements.

The role also plays a hands-on part in programmatic enablement, managing key programmatic operations such as audience and catalog distribution to partners, monitoring data feeds, and maintaining overall platform and data-sharing health. In parallel, the position supports consumer-facing execution by building landing pages as needed and partnering cross-functionally to translate CX insights into actionable improvements.

The ideal candidate is technically agile and execution-oriented, with familiarity in retail media or AdOps/agency experience being a strong plus. This individual will be the primary owner of audience management in Hightouch, responsible for all audience builds, health checks, and serving as a technical lead as the team explores future audience and clean room solutions.

Additionally, the role is explicitly accountable for internal documentation, including ownership of the Ads New Ventures Wiki, proactive creation and maintenance of SOPs, regular audits for accuracy, and ensuring new processes and changes are clearly documented as the business scales.

Success in this role requires comfort working across data platforms and CMS tools, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity.
