Job Title: Workday HRIS Business Systems Analyst

Job description
Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems; Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements; Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems; Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. Works under the direction of a project manager.

• In this role, the HRIS Business System Analyst is responsible for providing support to the Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules specifically including troubleshooting system defects, administration, configuration, reporting, testing, and new developments/releases.
• This role supports the development of systems specifications, design and development from the end user perspective. 
• Must have at least 2 years of Workday Time Tracking and Absence experience in this capacity with multiple country (US/Canada) and multiple plans and unions.
