Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant (Contract) to support full-cycle hiring across a variety of professional exempt-level and sales-related roles within a financial services environment. This role requires a recruiter who can quickly adapt, operate independently, build strong relationships with hiring leaders, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
This position is offered as a contract assignment aligned to quarterly capacity planning cycles, with potential for extensions based on business needs, hiring demand, and performance.

This role requires a recruiter who can quickly adapt, operate independently, build strong relationships with hiring leaders, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
This position is offered as a contract assignment aligned to quarterly capacity planning cycles, with potential for extensions based on business needs, hiring demand, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake/kickoff through offer acceptance
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines
- Recruit for professional exempt-level roles (e.g., Marketing, Compliance, Risk, HR, Operations) and sales or sales-support roles (e.g., wholesalers, relationship managers, implementation roles)
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using structured interview techniques
- Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience
- Utilize recruiting tools and systems including iCIMS (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Navigate new tools, processes, and stakeholders with minimal ramp-up time
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications – Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate recruiting preferred)
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for professional exempt-level and sales-related roles
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions and job families
- Strong stakeholder partnership, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to work with urgency, manage competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and make immediate contributions
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- ATS experience required (iCIMS strongly preferred)
What Could Make You Stand Out
- Experience recruiting within a corporate and/or financial services environment
- Experience supporting both professional exempt and sales hiring across diverse business areas
- Experience conducting structured interviews
- Familiarity with pre-recorded interview tools (HireVue preferred)
- Proven success sourcing passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM tools
Contract Details
- Contract assignments are aligned to quarterly capacity planning cycles
- Continuation and extensions are reviewed quarterly based on performance, business needs, and hiring demand
- While the initial term is quarterly, contracts may extend one year or longer depending on ongoing requirements
