Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned PPL Transformation Project/Program Manager to support the PPL organization during a period of significant organizational redesign and operating model evolution. This role will partner closely with the CPO’s Chief of Staff to drive execution, cohesion, and alignment across multiple high-stakes transformation workstreams, ensuring we modernize how PPL operates, serves employees, and delivers impact at scale.
This leader will bring structure, rigor, visibility, and connective tissue across workstreams, enabling strategic decision-making and consistent delivery in a complex, fast-moving environment.

Transformation Portfolio Management & Governance
- Build and maintain a unified transformation portfolio dashboard capturing milestones, risks, interdependencies, and KPIs across all workstreams
- Establish portfolio governance routines to ensure consistent visibility, prioritization, and decision-making
- Ensure alignment between PPL’s operating model evolution, CPO priorities, and enterprise-level initiatives
- Develop templates, standards, and reporting tools that drive clarity, accountability, and disciplined execution
- Ensure all related PPL Transformation programs are anchored around AI-tech enabled automation opportunities
- Partner with an external consultancy to program manage efforts to streamline friction points, handoff gaps, and workflows between COEs, PBPs, and internal PPL teams
- Coordinate deliverables, align work outputs, and ensure decisions and designs are integrated into the broader PPL operating model
- Ensure engagement model recommendations integrate seamlessly across workstreams and other transformation components
- Partner with workstream leads to define success metrics, structure plans, and manage cross-functional dependencies
- Run working sessions, sprint planning, retrospectives, and risk/issue resolution for workstreams requiring deeper PM support
- Proactively identify blockers and drive escalation through the transformation governance model
- Maintain a consistent operating rhythm between the Chief of Staff, PPL Leadership Team, COEs, and consultants
- Support the development of executive updates, business reviews, and communications for senior audiences
- Track adoption, change readiness, and business impacts across workstreams to ensure smooth integration and sustainable outcomes
Must-Haves (Resume Requirements)
- Experience in HR
- Experience in Project / Program Management
- Experience partnering with executives
- Minimum 8 years of experience
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or operating model programs within HR, People, Talent, or related corporate functions
- Ability to bring order to ambiguity by designing structure, process, and clarity
- Exceptional program management, stakeholder alignment, and communication skills
- Comfort operating at senior levels while also diving into details when required
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities with attention to interdependencies and downstream impacts
- Experience managing external consulting partners (highly preferred)
- Airtable preferred but not required
