Job Title: Senior UiPath RPA Developer (RE Framework Specialist)
Location: Remote (EST Hours)
Duration: 6 months
 
Core Technical Requirements:

• 5+ years of total RPA development experience, with 3+ years focused specifically on UiPath.
• Mandatory expert-level proficiency with the UiPath RE Framework for developing transactional automations.
• Proven expertise in error and exception handling using Business vs. Application Exceptions.
• Deep understanding of UiPath Orchestrator Queues and Assets.
• Proficiency in VB.NET / C# for advanced scripting and custom activities.
• Experience with Git or similar enterprise-level source control.
• Ability to produce clear, concise Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and follow Process Definition Documents (PDDs), even for short-term fixes or enhancements.
• Strong analytical skills to quickly understand and break down a business process.
• Excellent communication for collaborating with business users (to confirm requirements) and other technical team members (for integration/troubleshooting).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver results on a tight deadline.

Nice to Have Requirements:

• Experience with specific integration points (Salesforce Lightning, Oracle EBS, Snowflake or connecting to specific APIs/Web Services).
• Prior staffing agency/contract experience so that the resource is accustomed to quickly integrating into a new team and project.
• Experience with code review of peer developers and citizen developers leveraging StudioX.
