Job Title: Help Desk Support: II
Contract Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension
Work Location: Houston, TX


Job Summary
Provides first-level IT support for all end-users via telephone, email, or chat. Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and voice/data communication system issues, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities
  •  Provide first-level IT support to end-users via phone, email, or chat
  •  Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and voice/data communication system issues
  •  Escalate calls when appropriate
  •  Write concise and informative service tickets
  •  Follow up on all tickets in a timely manner
  •  Pursue issues through to resolution

Requirements
  •  3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  •  Experience using ticketing systems
  •  Experience writing technical support reports and documentation
  •  Broad knowledge and proficiency with:
  • Popular operating systems
  •  Azure
  •  InTune
  •  O365
  •  Application software
  •  Desktop and laptop computers
  •  Printers
  •  Networks
