Position Title: R&D Project Coordinator, Senior
Work Location: Tucson, AZ 85755
Assignment Duration: 12 months
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Position Summary:
Drives on-time delivery of documentation and other deliverables for projects in accordance with various product development and design change processes.
Supports the project team with planning, scheduling, tracking, and managing deliverables throughout the process.

Background & Context:
Ensures project documents are complete, consistent, and conform to quality system standards while interfacing with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive on-time delivery of documentation and project deliverables

• Support planning, scheduling, tracking, and management of deliverables

• Ensure project documentation completeness, consistency, and compliance with quality systems

• Interface with engineering staff to complete assigned projects

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors or consultants

• Manage assigned projects within established schedules

Qualifications & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent in a directly related discipline) OR

• 2+ years of experience with a Master’s degree

• Project management or project coordination experience

• Experience working in an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)

• Experience in a regulated industry (medical device, aerospace, etc.)

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing interests

• Positive, self-starter attitude with adaptability to changing processes and priorities

Additional Information:

• Experience in an engineering-related function is a plus but not required
